This well maintained ranch is on one of Hurley's most desirable streets. Only 8 houses and a lovely dead end. Close to everything, but very quiet and secluded. The fenced backyard has a very interesting rock outcropping that would be a lovely garden. There are legally two bedrooms now, but originally it was three. The room currently being used as a dining room that has 2 doors and a closet., was the bedroom. The owner has both doors in the basement. The bathroom and kitchen have been redone in the past 10 years and the a/c is 5 years old. The furnace was replaced 3 years ago. the owner states there are hardwood floors throughout the house. The basement has been divided into four spaces. One for the washer and dryer to make a very nice laundry area, one for storage, one for the water softener and alarm equipment and the rest has been left for recreation. The owner installed a chair lift 4 year ago. The roof is about 20 years old and shows some moss due to the shade, we have considered this when pricing the home so no further considerations will be given for it. There is no damage inside, just the moss.
