The current owners have the place is fabulous condition as the Roof was replaced in 2018 with a very high-end roofing product, both furnace and central air were replaced in 2022 with a high-end Applegate system that included a no cost annual maintenance until 2027 which will transfer to new owners. The thermostat is wi-fi connected to these systems and is included. Water Heater was also replaced in 2022. Most all windows have been replaced, and all kitchen appliances and washer/dryer will remain. The Smoke detectors are hard wired, the gutters were all replaced when new roof went on, and Strathmore Street was just completely rebuilt/resurfaced which included new storm/sanitary sewers which included a check valve to house.
