Black Creek Cabin is 2200 sq ft + 725 sq ft of garage space with a total of 2925 sq ft. Inside Black Creek Cabin you will find original hardwood floors an open concept living, kitchen and dinning room combo. Off of the living room, you have a sunroom that can be transformed into another bedroom for renters. On the main floor is one bedroom, full bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs holds 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a balcony off of the master bedroom overlooking the the lake. Next to the cabin, a newly poured 40x60 concrete slab was installed, making it perfect if you were to host events or build a pole barn. Both properties include generators, central air, new electric, high speed fiberoptic internet, a privacy fence and individual driveways to access each cabin.
