Located at 229 Duffield Street, just steps from major subway lines, Webster offers a variety of private and shared accommodations, including fully furnished studios, one-bedroom, and a two-bedroom suite. Each unit includes essential furnishings such as a twin or full bed, desk and chair, dresser, bookshelf, under bed drawers, electronic safe, and closet space—plus a 4.9 cu sq ft refrigerator with spacious freezer AND an 8-in-1 microwave/air fryer combination appliance!

Our rent includes all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site laundry, and a weekly meal credit that can be used with Wonder, a convenient app-based meal delivery partner. Residents also enjoy secure building access, 24/7 security, a fitness center, community lounge, rooftop terrace, and bike storage (for a nominal fee).

Final room layouts and furniture may differ from renderings. The list of standard furniture which is included in all rooms is outlined above. Furniture may be modified in some rooms (ie: handicap accessible rooms, double rooms, etc.) and will be listed on the room description. Suites include a kitchen countertop with cabinet and/or shelf space and a kitchen sink. Extra/unwanted furniture cannot be removed from any room. Room options and sizes vary and will be available/assigned in the order in which applications are received and reservation terms finalized.

NOTE: Décor, artwork and furnishings shown are NOT included in any room. This includes (but is not limited to): desk accessories, area rugs, throw blankets, pillows, bedding, cups, plates, desk accessories, etc.
