Almost all of the windows in the camp have been replaced since the current owners purchased the property in 2017. The large deck on the front of the camp provides an added space to sit and enjoy the wildlife as you have your morning coffee.
If you look underneath the camp, you will find an additional space for storage. It is all closed in with a walk-out door. This is where you will find the water pump that provides water to the camp from the lake. It is also wired and has lights, and will provide a spot for kayaks, patio furniture, etc. It's a great bonus space for storage! There is a septic holding tank for the toilet. Drinking water is carried in.
The cabin comes with a dock and swim float included in the sale. There is also a nice shed located on the property. The lot where the camp is located is approximately .4 acre.
