To take a unit off the market as pending, we require the following:

-$50/Person application fees
-Our Applications (see land lord docs, Docusigned/Dotloop preferred - NO BLANKS - incomplete applications will not be accepted)
-Copies of IDs
-Cosigner Forms (see land lord docs - MUST BE DOCUSIGNED OR DOTLOOPED - NOT SCANNED/EMAILED BACK OR HAND-WRITTEN)
