The base prices above assume an annual lease term. For shorter lease terms, higher monthly rates will apply: +$25 for 9-month terms, +$50 for 6-month terms, +$75 for 3-month terms, or +$100 for 3 months followed by month-to-month.

To avoid scammers and protect the safety of other tenants in the house, a background check is required before viewing the room. After doing the background check, you can view the room and meet housemates, etc. before deciding whether to sign the lease.
