We are renting our beautiful 3 bedroom - 2 bath house in the incredible neighborhood of Vallemar in Pacifica. Surrounded by mountains and the Pacific Oceam, this is the place for those who want to stay in contact with nature while enjoying the proximity to the Bay Area cities. All 3 bedrooms are big, have closets and beautiful views of the mountians. Everything has been recently uodated. We have a private backyard with a hot tub and outdoor shower and a new deck. Also a new deck in the front. This is a quiet child friendly neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. Super close to trails, hikes, beach, Vallemar Elementary and easy access to HWY 1. We are looking for non smokers and might consider a small pet. Please email us with any questions.

Renters are will cover all utilities and are expected maintaining the front and back yard. Handy people around the house appreciated. Rent due on the 1st of every month. Washer and drier hook ups (there might be the possibility that there are washer and dryer in the house).
