The guest suite is on the second floor and is attached to the main house. You must be able to negotiate the stairs to enter suite.
Bedroom Area:
The bedroom has large sleeping area with desk, dining table, loveseat, TV and cabinet and large chest of drawers, It can accommodate two adults. The bedroom has a very comfy queen bed and a fold-out loveseat bed (better for children). All the bedding are high quality, comfortable and clean. Your comfort is our goal.
We have high-speed internet with WIFI, large TV with free streaming of Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max and DirecTV with live stations.
The Kitchenette:
The kitchenette is suitable for making small meals. It includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, one induction cooktop burner, basics cooking utensils, tableware. The water from faucet is potable.
The Bathroom:
The bathroom has a pocket door between the kitchenette for privacy. A walk-in shower.A big closet with the fresh towels, washcloths, iron, hair dryer, extra blankets and bedding for the sofa bed as well as an adjustable shower chair for elderly guests.
Outdoor Kitchen:
At the bottom of the stairs to suite is a covered outdoor kitchen with gas grill and gas cook top that can be used.
Laundry:
There is no washer and dryer in the suite but a laundry room is available for use in the house. Contact us if you wish to use the washer and dryer.
All utilities are included: electricity, AC/Heat, Internet with WIFI, garbage and Netflix, Amazon Prime, DirecTV and HBO MAX.
Central Heat Pump to cool and heat with your own thermostat to keep you comfortable at all times.
Off-street parking for one car in driveway between the single garage and the gate to our backyard. Park in front of the “Guest Parking” sign. Then you can get in the yard from the small gate. Your car will be visible from your suite.

The shortest lease for the suite is 3 months.
