Baltimore Arms Apartments

A Boutique property with 9' ceilings. The streets are lightly traveled, quiet and have a waking neighborhood feel. We have a fitness room and coin-operated laundry, storage space, and assigned parking. While these apartments are not a true loft apartment, one can enjoy a much higher quality finish that is with a very open feeling. You owe it to yourself to come take a look. Small pets are considered and there is a big fenced back yard (50 X 130) with a Gazebo and the parking assigned. We have a limited access entry with remote release and camera surveillance of the common areas. Residents pay utilities, electric separately metered.
