You are renting the Master Bedroom suite.
This includes the Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, and Walk-in Closet.

You're sharing the remaining space with me, the owner. (And my 1 Hypoallergenic Cat)

You will pay for your initial screening, and that cost will be deducted from your 1st month's rent if you're a good fit and decide to rent.

It is $1,500 a month. Internet, Utilities, and Amenities are included.
The Deposit will be a 600$ security deposit and $1,500 for the first month's rent.
This will total $2,100 and is mandatory to initiate your moving in. NO exceptions.
The lease term will be 6-months.
It will be possible to extend this lease.
It is possible I will move out in 6 months and you will have the option to rent the entirety of the condo's 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms.
Again, it is possible the 6-month lease is all that will be sustained.

No dogs will even be considered. If you have ONE cat, it MAY be possible, depending on factors.

I work from home. My workspace and its location are a non-negotiable.
Trust that you will not disturb me and hours of occupying shared spaces will not be an issue for me. I will also not disturb you regardless of my/your activities in shared spaces.
It is EXTREMELY rare that I have guests over.

There is a community pool that you will have full access to.
You will not have trouble with parking.
