There is also a 16 x 16 L-shaped rear porch overlooking the rear yard, boat dock and Whitaker Bayou. The rear yard is fenced with PVC fencing, owned by this parcel. The chain-link fencing is owned by the adjoining neighbors. There is no stove in the Kitchen. There is an exterior storage area on the side of the house, with a dirt floor and a hole in the roof. Dr. Martin Luther King Memorial Park is at the entrance to Walker Circle and this street is walking distance to the Ringling College of Art & Design. This home is less than a ten-minute drive to Downtown Sarasota (right down Coconut Street) and only a ten-minute drive to the airport. This is an excellent location on the water.
