No additional people will stay in the unit than the number reserved without notification and approval. Guests must complete a Property Condition form within 48 hours of arrival. Guests must pay all fees and expenses for any repairs or services due to the guest’s fault or actions. Any damages found in the unit will be expected to be covered by the guest, with a 20% administrative fee charged in addition to replacement costs. No pets without written permission.
