Enter through the front door into a foyer facing the staircase, to the left is a large formal parlor and to the right a living room. The exceptionally large kitchen/dining room sits to the backside of the home and has a large butler’s pantry. Check out the lovely built-in China cabinet, which includes a slot for the family silverware. A small downstairs bedroom (currently used as an office) with 1/2 bath is situated off the kitchen. There is a large, summer porch with gorgeous, original, hardwood floors and wall to wall windows off one side of the kitchen and a small side porch entrance facing CR 14. There is a springhouse on the lot, but the floor is unsafe at this time, so can only be viewed via door.
