Copenhagen Enterprises is the owner & manager of 15 brownstones, historic properties, and rental residential real estate. Founded in 1971 by Diane & Bill Hansen, the company has steadily built its portfolio from a single duplex to 380 units by acquiring well-located properties and consistently providing renters with exceptional service that reflects the core values & culture we embrace as a company. The business is still operated today by the Hansen Family represented by its 2nd generation owner/operator Todd Hansen. The key ingredient to the company’s success has been their fair approach, involvement in and commitment to the local community, non-profits and service based organizations.

Copenhagen’s portfolio consists of small intimate buildings featuring 5 units to 32 units, we provide on-site maintenance and management services of only the best practices in the business. It’s this day-to-day commitment to excellence that makes each Copenhagen property a classic small building-experience, and keeps our portfolio healthy.
