Even if the main bathroom is occupied, you can still shower outside since it can be fully closed off for complete privacy and discretion! With zero carpeting inside and the amazing fenced backyard, the home and lot is ideal for family gatherings. The home will be best suited for four guests but can accommodate up to six. Room for up to three cars there is also space to store a boat, RV, jet skis or the like along the side yard, with approval.
