The location is fantastic with lots of great restaurants, parks, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts, and running trails within a 5-minute walk of the house. There is also a grocery store (Giant) around the corner. Utilities are split evenly between all housemates, in-unit washer/dryer is also included for free. You will share a bathroom with another housemate. No pets or couples at this time.

About the housemates: One is a 23 year old chemical engineering graduate from Penn State who works for an EPA contractor in the Courthouse and Clarendon area. He enjoys board and video games, rock climbing, biking, Latin dance classes, cooking, and keeping shared spaces clean. The second is a 22 year old from Southwest Virginia who graduated from the University of Lynchburg and now works as an operations associate for a strategic advisory firm in Arlington. He played collegiate lacrosse and enjoys working out along with playing and watching sports. The third is a biomedical engineering graduate from Clemson who recently moved to the DC area to work for Johnson & Johnson. He is beginning his career in the medical technology industry and enjoys an active, professional lifestyle.
