The rooms each have a closet and you have a lot of privacy. The downstairs rooms are going for $900 and while they would work great as a study/bedroom combination it would not be ideal for multiple people to share unless they were a couple.

The upstairs bedroom has a tall ceiling and opens up to a single bathroom and the kitchen & upstairs living area. This room is going for $700.

The whole house other than your room is shared space. Parking is on the street or in the straight driveway(order of parking can be tricky for large vehicles). Take a look at the pictures to get an idea.
