Arbor Hills Nature Preserve boasts 200 acres, with 3 miles of paved hiking trails, 3 miles of unpaved hiking trails, and a 2.8-mile bike trail. The Shops at Willow Bend and Legacy West are nearby shopping and entertainment options.
Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. An additional nightly rate applies for 7+ guests. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. A noise alert device is installed in this home to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
