It's just a short walk down to the lake or to the bike path. We rent the cottages nightly in the summer time, but in the off season we lease them out long term until May 1.

The best rate is for basic furnishings and a lease that runs until May 1st, but we do any length of lease on a sliding rent scale. The shorter the rental period the higher the rent. All cottages are non-smoking and we do not take any pets. Drive by at 2912 Chapel Lane to see what a terrific location this is.

A clean credit report and background check will be required. Rents include the water, garbage, cable tv, and wireless internet. You would pay gas and electric. Deposits are the same as the rent.
