This secluded townhouse is located just a 5 minute drive outside of Willcox. The grounds provide spectacular sunset views as the sun sinks behind the Dragoon mountains.
The unit has been freshly painted and deep cleaned by marvelous professionals; so you can relax in the living room or Arizona room and enjoy the views from inside if you wish. The master bedroom has its own bathroom; while the guest bedroom is right across the hall from the other full bathroom.
The grounds have an outside patio set where you can enjoy the views while having coffee, breakfast or lunch (if you like eating outside as I do!).
These pictures are old; but they hold true to the townhouse. I'll be able to put more current pictures up in a few weeks.
Willcox offers Dial-A-Ride for seniors; and it is regularly used by one of the neighbors.
I also happily offer senior discounts. I'm also willing to negotiate deposits and the length of the lease.
