1. Call office to verify that the property is still available can view between the hours of 830am and 4pm Monday - Thursday and Fridays between the hours of 830am and 3pm.

2. If you qualify with the following: credit score 600 or higher, no prior evictions/criminal record, and income 3 times the rental amount ($4950 for this unit) please contact the office to arrange a viewing.

3. Come to our office and view the property, the next step is to fill out the online application including our pet screening.
