About the housemates: One is a 26 year old who recently completed graduate school at UNC Chapel Hill and is moving to Northern Virginia for his first full time role after graduate school. He enjoys road trips, antique restoration, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and spending time with friends. The second is a 27 year old naval officer who recently moved back to the DMV for work and is originally from Potomac, Maryland. He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park and has lived in several states including Florida, South Carolina, and California, and enjoys pickleball, trail running, music festivals, trying new restaurants, and going out with friends. The third is a 22 year old who graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in history and recently moved to the DC area to begin a consulting career. He enjoys reading, working out, traveling, and following the Pittsburgh Steelers. The fourth is a 27 year old from Northern Virginia who works as an event manager for a Washington, DC nonprofit and graduated from George Mason University. He enjoys cooking, running, watching basketball and Formula 1, and occasionally hosting backyard bonfires with friends.

Welcome to our end unit townhome with a gorgeous backyard and multiple reserved parking spaces! Parking is super easy; we have two reserved spots and plenty of free guest parking. Included is a washer and dryer, brand new dishwasher, built-in microwave, a large oven, two refrigerators, garbage disposal, and lots of natural light. There is a new HVAC system and a new hot water heater. We have a 55-inch 4k screen in the living room and a propane grill, string lights, and a firepit for the backyard! The common areas are fully furnished but your bedroom is unfurnished.

No pets or couples at this time. Lease length is one year with the option to sublet your space at any time at no additional cost to you.
