CALL OR EMAIL FOR AVAILABILITY. Built in 1915, The Grey Hosiery Mill originally produced stockings for children until the Mill closed in 1967. In 1990, it was purchased by the City of Hendersonville in order to preserve its history. We are honored to have restored this piece of history and to offer residents the opportunity to live in such an amazing building.

Grey Mill offers a combination of 35 studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units. Each unique in size and style, they provide many extra features such as granite counter tops, state of the art appliances as well as amazing outdoor and community spaces including a fenced dog play area.
