New vinyl siding wraps the whole house along with all vinyl double hung windows for easy access for cleaning and a 50+ year steel roof. The crawl space is dry and has a new vapor barrier. A new 200 amp electric service panel has been installed along with new wiring and receptacles throughout. Both exterior doors are steel and insulated. The front porch posts as well as the shutters on the front windows are made from western red cedar and stained to match the decor of the whole house.

Many of the houses in this neighborhood have been remodeled including one two blocks away (4 bed 3 bath) that sold for over $220,000.
