First floor is open space with renovated kitchen, stained glass window, custom brick, and wrought iron staircase. Huge kitchen with lots of counter space, great appliances, Washer/Dryer, and dedicated dining and workspace area. Heated marble floors and half bath on first floor.

Upstairs you'll find open loft bedroom with huge window that lets in plenty of great natural light, french doors and original hardwood floors. Second bedroom or office (Has futon and desk workspace). Upstairs bath has nicely tiled shower with heated floors. Direct access to beautifully landscaped common courtyard and huge roof-deck.
