Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used by those familiar with its proper use, and it should not be left unattended. In order to comply with local noise ordinances and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device has been installed; this device does not record or store sound data.
