The spa at this property is not heated and functions as a cool-water plunge pool. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus cleaning and repair costs. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. An additional nightly rate of $29/night will be applied for each guest over six. The gas fireplace should only be used if you are familiar with its operation and should never be left unattended. A noise alert device is installed to measure decibels and send alerts if noise levels are exceeded; this device does not record or store sound data.
