Access to the home is via a well-maintained gravel road; 4WD or AWD is recommended from November to April. A signed waiver is required before using the hot tub. This is a non-smoking property, and smoking inside will result in a $500 cleaning fee plus any damage costs. Events are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, with a $500 fee for the first disturbance after a warning and potential cancellation. Unauthorized pets or pets over the weight limit may incur a $300 charge. Dogs or children under 18 should never be left alone on the property, violation results in a $250 fee. Dogs must be leashed and stay on the property or main road, violation results in a $150 charge. All trash must be bagged before placing it in the dumpster, failure to do so results in a $100 cleanup fee.
