The duplex house is fully furnished to include two fully furnished and decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a newly purchased queen bed. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. It also comes with a trundle. The home can allow 7 people to sleep but works better for 1-4 people. We can provide bedding items.
There is a large furnished living room (with a very nice and large sectional sofa, a coffee table, and a TV) and a dining area (with a dining table and benches), and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, pots, pans, etc.
There is also a finished basement with a nice bar, a sofa bed, and a sofa. There is a laundry room with a drier and a washer. It comes with a garage as well. It has a nice fully fenced backyard.
These utilities are included: water, sewer, gas, electricity, garbage, internet, and You/Tube TV. Tenants needs to do yard care and snow removal. Renter's insurance is required. We do require background check and no eviction history. Applicants' credit score is expected be at least 620 (negotiable). Non shed non aggressive dogs will be considered with a $100 per month per dog fee. This is a unique property ready for the right tenant/tenants. The availability may change. The monthly rent is based on the length of the rental period. The longer the rental term, the lower the monthly rent. The security deposit will be the same as the monthly rate.
9 months: $2,230 per month
8 months: $2,280 per month
7 months: $2,340 per month
6 months: $2,410 per month
5 months: $2,490 per month
4 months: $2,580 per month
3 months: $2,680 per month
2 months: $2,790 per month
