Gas range, gas water heater. Sleeping loft is accessed by ladder. Comes stocked with dinnerware, flatware, cookware, towels and bedding.
A/C, heat, TV, composting toilet. Plenty of parking too. We're eco-friendly and request use of non-toxic soap, detergents and hair products. Internet and onsite EV charging are available. If you have horses, or other livestock, there are stables available and a pasture too. Stable rent to be determined. One month security deposit. Applications are through Apartments dot com, Preference given to educators, medical professionals. LGBTQ + Friendly. Pre-approved pets only and may require a 'pet deposit', most livestock welcome.
