The apartment features two separate bedrooms, a living room, and a full, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, table, chairs, cabinets, toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, refrigerator/freezer, and gas burners. The bathroom includes a sink, shower, and restroom. Clean linens and towels are provided. Each bedroom is furnished with a double-size bed, closet (with a walk-in closet in the master bedroom), heating/air conditioning, a computer desk, and windows. The living room includes a sofa that converts to a bed, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall.
Paid utilities are available for an additional monthly fee. Pets are welcome with an advance approval and a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300.
