This home features two cozy bedrooms, each with a spacious king-size bed and a smart TV. The living room offers a comfortable sitting area with a couch and accent chair, plus a futon for additional sleeping arrangements. Entertainment options include a large smart TV and an in-home bar. The fully equipped kitchen comes with pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, and silverware for six, along with Keurig, drip coffee maker, and espresso machine options. One bedroom has an attached en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom features a shower/tub combo and a spacious vanity. A separate game room/shed is equipped with a ping pong table, Connect 4, darts, and badminton gear for indoor and outdoor fun. The outdoor area includes a BBQ grill, an open space with a dining table, and a gas firepit. The yard is fully fenced when the driveway gate is closed.
Off-street parking is available for 2-3 vehicles and a fenced yard is provided. Pets are allowed with a $150 non-refundable pet fee per stay, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet. Additional charges will apply if dog feces are not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Complimentary coffee is provided for the first morning.

Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed on the property. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and the number of guests must be accurately updated in the reservation. Parties, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering, are not permitted. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door. Furniture and decor should not be moved from their original positions. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted per stay, provided it is up-to-date on vaccinations, has flea treatment, and is potty trained. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Vaping/smoking is strictly prohibited on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not allowed. Foreign objects should not be flushed down the toilet, except for toilet paper. Renters are liable for any property damage caused by themselves or their guests. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Guests are required to follow all house rules posted in the house.
