Some of the other features are the two car garage, full unfinished basement, covered rear patio, fenced rear yard and attic fan (not newer, but it works). I am looking for a credit score of 630 or higher since this place is very updated and I will look at pets, BUT I expect an even higher credit score with the new flooring and the cost of the rental goes up $50 per month per pet (limit-two) with a $300 per pet additional refundable pet deposit. Let me make this clear - I don't need a story about your credit - I need a score above 630. Pictures are from last year. Broker/Owner.
