Newer plank flooring and fresh paint throughout, newer roof, vinyl double pane windows, three year old HVAC, updated kitchen, and newer appliances. Some of the other features are the two car garage, full unfinished basement, covered rear patio, fenced rear yard and attic fan (not newer, but it works). I am looking for a credit score of 630 or higher since this place is very updated and I will look at pets, BUT I expect an even higher credit score with the new flooring and the cost of the rental goes up $50 per month per pet (limit-two) with a $300 per pet additional refundable pet deposit. Let me make this clear - I don't need a story about your credit - I need a score above 630. Pictures are from last year. Broker/Owner.
