I have a very large 2 bedroom lower-level unit available in Cudahy. The unit is located 3 blocks west of Sheridan Park and Lake Michigan. There is a very large bedroom where you could fit a king size bed, a small bedroom for a child, an extremely large living room, a small dining area or office, and a bathroom and kitchen. It also comes with one parking spot. The entire unit has been freshly painted. Appliances (washer, dryer, refrigerator and stove) are included in the rent. They are all 3 years old. The rent that I am asking for is $1,200. The rent includes water and sewage. I do not pay for heat or electricity. Cats are acceptable at no extra charge. Dogs are acceptable depending on breed. In addition, there will be an increase in rent for having a dog. DISCLAIMER: THE PICTURES FOR THE KITCHEN ARE OLD!! WE UPDATED THE KITCHEN CABINETS AND LIGHT FIXTURES.
