Rent: $950/month (single occupancy only)

Utilities: Split evenly (averages $55–$120/month depending on the season)

Cleaning: $30/month (We split a bi-monthly professional cleaning for your shared bathroom!)

Deposit: One month's rent

About You:
We are looking for a someone who doesn't smoke with no pets who keeps the common areas clean (your bedroom is your business). We also prefer a vegetarian or vegan housemate; however, reheating meat, eating cold cuts, or using the outside grill is totally fine—we just want to keep heavy meat-cooking smells out of the kitchen.
