The floor plan funnels down to a small, tight galley style kitchen with full size electric stove and refrigerator. Full bath with shower (no tub) sits just off the kitchen. Just past the kitchen, the floor space opens to a large hall area with one shared closet and a door to a tiny balcony. This area is also the pass through for the bedrooms. Two bedrooms are positioned adjacent to one another -- neither has a closet, both have unfinished plywood floors and walls. 2 Window AC units (one on LR, one in hall); propane heat (one heater in hall, connection for a heater in LR); well water; septic tank. There is also a large downstairs screened room with .5 bath, RV hook-up with power & water, fire pit. The laundry room is a short hike from the main cabin. 384 ft of frontage on the Withlacoochee River with stairs down to the river. Home and outbuildings are on pilings. Due to remote location, little to no cell phone reception available. Little to no insulation in cabin. Hard to keep heated or cooled throughout. No internet service. Property subject to occasional flooding. Dirt roads may be almost impassable at times. Located down a 2 lane rutted dirt road...you would never know this place existed if you were not aware it was there. Approx 16 miles from Madison, FL or Live Oak, FL; approx 40 miles from Lake City, FL or Valdosta, GA. No pets allowed. Tenant must qualify. Security deposit required.
