Each apartment has its own front entrance and back entrance with assigned tenant parking in front. Six single story buildings complete the complex with a good sized secured laundry room for resident use. Maintenance and Resident Manager on-site. Lawncare and snow removal taken care of by on-site maintenance. Water, sewer, garbage disposal and high speed internet included in rent! Tenant pays for gas and electric.
Security camera system is located throughout the grounds of the apartment complex and laundromat. Picnic tables and grills are on the park area. We also have bike racks on-site for each block of apartments. We are pet friendly! We also have pet waste stations available in our park areas. We have a newly resurfaced parking lot and recent laundromat upgrades.
