Roommate Wanted Spacious Duplex in Selma
I am looking for a roommate for an initial 6 8-month agreement, with the option to extend or renegotiate at any time. I am a 45-year-old married male who travels for work and is typically home only 1 2 days per week. I use the upstairs front bedroom and am willing to share the upstairs bathroom if needed.
No indoor smoking. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, with a $400 move-in pet fee and a limit of two pets total, limited to dogs and cats.
The home is partially furnished and includes everyday household items, kitchen dishes, cooking supplies, and a washer and dryer located near the pantry and half bath. Lawn care is included, and the property is on a quiet dead-end street with very low traffic.
Water, electricity, trash, cable, internet, and parking are already in place. Utilities can be shared monthly, up to $200 depending on usage.
Applicants will have a $55 application fee to cover the usual Background check, Credit report and Eviction proceeding report.
Applicants should have a credit score of 640 or higher, income of at least two times the rent, no evictions or landlord collections within the past three years, at least six months of employment, and a good landlord reference.
All maintenance is provided, 6-8 months for the first agreement term is required and can be extended/renegotiated at anytime. Pet fee of $400 upon move in is required, no more than 2 pets total (Dogs and cats).
