What makes this unit an incredibly great deal is that the rent includes gas and electricity, which can be very expensive for such a big house -- especially in winter! A wide variety of prior tenants -- faculty members, UW staff, families, groups of students (serious students only, please; no partiers!) -- have all been happy renting here. Split it 3 ways and it's quite a lot less per person than the corporate student housing complexes (the newest of which charges up to $650 per person per month plus steep fees). This property is also much closer to campus than they are -- no waiting for packed shuttles or hunting for parking here! Internet service from LARIAT is available to our tenants at a 25% discount with free installation; service can be up and running the day you move in. This is a real, private Internet connection; not a shared hotspot. Also, because we do not ask for the last month's rent at the beginning of the lease, your cost to get in is substantially lower than for other similar properties.
