Hi There! Thank You for taking the time to look at my property. I am excited for you to stay at my charming Haven. I love the property and is in close proximity to many parks, museums, and gardens.
The Haven is very clean & we have installed new HVAC systems in both units. These unit have been rehabbed & updated to all codes. Both have been thoroughly inspected by professional city inspectors. There are smoke detectors in both units. The yard is shared in the back. Its clean & we keep the yard manicured. Updated the landscape to make the Haven sparkle. We have a yard service on a regular basis, so no concern to our guests. It is safe, well-lit, and gated for privacy. It's located in a charming neighborhood that is close promixity to stores, parks, & shops. Pictures of the beautiful carondelet park are shown in our pictures above. It has a lovely walking/running path. The park offers different venues duringthe year including yoga, concerts & local events. The homes in the area are well kept. We are centrally located in the boulevard heights area. We have a NO pet policy.
