• McKimmey Associates Realtors listed as an interested party
• Insurance agent’s name and policy number
• Coverage must remain active throughout the lease
Vehicles
• List all vehicles to be kept at the property, including license plate numbers
Occupants
• List all individuals who will reside in the home, including dependents who stay regularly
• Include name, date of birth, and relationship
• Each occupant 18 years or older must submit a separate application
Service Animals & ESAs
• Service animals and ESAs are not considered pets
• Disclosure and proper documentation are required in accordance with the Fair Housing Act
• Misrepresenting an ESA as Service animal in Arkansas may result in fines up to $2500.
