Outstanding snowmobile trails are down the road, and the hunting in the area is excellent. There are also many beautiful lakes and rivers close by, including the "chain" of Lake Bellaire, Clam Lake and Torch Lake. No RD, VA or FHA financing. House does need attention to garage roof and electrical, and is priced accordingly. Carpet is tattered but there appears to be wood floors underneath!
