I will accept a 1 year lease, but prefer a 2 year lease. I will not increase rent during the length of the lease. If you renew I will extend that promise for one renewal (for whatever length of time that is). You can potentially lock in the cost of rent for up to 4 years. No smoking and only one pet is allowed and must be small. Cat must be declawed. Security deposit will be required and the renter will be expected to pay for the utilities. Normal maintenance of home and lawn will be the tenants' responsibility. Any damage outside of normal wear and tear needs to be reported within 10 days.
