Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, with a $300 fine for violations. Unauthorized parties or events will result in a $300 fine, plus any additional cleaning fees or damage costs. Pets are not allowed, with a $300 per pet fine for violations. Late check-out fees apply: $150 for check-out after 11:00 a.m., and the full day's rate for more than 2 hours late. Guests are responsible for reimbursing hosts for any refunds given to cancellations of other guests as a result of a late check-out.
