Shore across from 4309 N. Shore. The HOA is voluntary for use of the community beach -$100 annually. There is public water, but a septice is needed. Land cannot be granted a permit of a perc test until the site is graded and there's an approved building plan. There was a successful/approved perc completed in 2007, and the land tested in early April 2020 with a favorable outcome, (meaning it passed) however a formal approval wont be granted until those conditions are met (this is the information that was provided by the previous seller).
