My family has enjoyed having this property next door to our home since both this house and ours were new. The sellers of the home have been our neighbors and friends for ten years. During their time in the home I've seen firsthand the many renovations the sellers have made to the home, often having the privilege of providing my feedback on these upgrades as soon as they have been completed. During their time in the home, the sellers have installed a custom pool and deck, replaced most of the carpet in the home with laminate wood flooring, repainted much of the interior, added to or upgraded the lighting, landscaping and the list goes on. This is a true three bedroom, three bath home with a separate office. The large, open kitchen serves as the center of the home and is easily accessed from the living room, family room and separate dining room. The large master suite includes a bonus area that would be perfect for a small home office, a piece of exercise equipment or simply as a place to put a reading chair. In addition to all this property has to offer, the location of the home is excellent, with only short drives required to get to town, I-75 and local roads that speed transit around the county.
