Hemlock Lake Outlet flows through this property.  It is a deep stream that divides the land.  Most of the time you’ll need a canoe or hip waders to cross the stream.
The property on the far side of the stream is a mixture of hardwoods, field and brush land.  The City of Rochester’s underground waterline runs through the property.  This is the mowed strip in the pictures on-line.
