About This Apartment
These apartments have two bedrooms, one bathroom, a dishwasher, a washer & dryer, a fireplace, and a patio/balcony. They are in an eight-plex apartment building located off the North Crossing and Jeffers Road in Eau Claire.

Water is billed directly to Regal Property Management quarterly from the City of Eau Claire. We pay the water bill and send copies to tenants to be reimbursed. We request that received water bills be paid with the next upcoming rent check.
