Mission Hills Villas

Nestled in a park like setting, the Mission Hills Villas are a luxurious 55+ community that are a single-story floor plan. We offer two different style units, an A model and a B model. The A model comes with a two-car attached garage while the B model has a one car attached garage. Both units come with high-end stainless-steel appliances including fridge (w/ice maker), electric stove and dishwasher. Quartz countertops include a peninsula counter top in the kitchen. Each unit also has 9ft tall ceilings, with 12ft vaulted ceilings in the living room along with a modern electric fireplace. There is plenty of storage that comes with both units, having multiple closets, with a walk in closet off the master bed room. All come equipped with shelving installed. Each resident will have access to a 3,800 sq. ft. clubhouse which includes a full gym, a conference room, gathering area, and an inground heated pool, along with a full kitchen.
