This custom home is located within walking distance to Historic Village shopping, Silver Lake Harbor, Springers Point Nature Preserve and the Ocracoke Lighthouse which can be viewed from the second story deck. Simon O’Neal House won the OPS Historic House Award in 2016 as testament to the craftsmanship and quality of the renovation. Structural engineering and architectural plans are available on request. The house has solid rental history but is currently offered unencumbered by rental contracts for 2022.
